In the coming decades, population growth, urbanization and economic expansion will drive world demand for construction to unprecedented levels. However, the answer to these challenges cannot simply be the "maximization of existing processes". Could technological trends in the industry help to respond? What effects do technologies such as 3D printing, Infinite Computing, Mixed Reality, Generative Design, etc.? The speech will go beyond today's established technologies - listen personally to Mr. Uwe Wassermann.

Plan first, then build: Efficiency for everyone involved.
From blocks to bytes: The digital twin in the 3D-model.
Planned, produced, delivered: As individual as necessary, as digital as possible.
On the way to the wallXpert: optimize planning, avoid mistakes, save costs.
Common learning: Practical experiences, customer references.
The future of building is >5D.

The construction industry is often described as averse to innovation and cited as ripe for disruption. There has been significant research on this subject that suggests a bad mix of cultural and practical barriers that have historically impeded change. However, the tide is turning. Despite the increasing awareness towards tech in construction, advances have predominantly supported the current approach to building. By embracing blockchain the industry may see the fundamental disruption underway in other industries. Blockchain will play a role for BIM, for facility management, for planning of building, and also financing of real estate. My presentation will focus on present use cases which are implemented and an future perspectives.

Private building owners, investors and also public costumes take a great interest in sustainable constructions. Who wants to act irresponsible in a time where sustainability gets more and more important?
The Forest Stewardship Council ® (FSC®) guarantees the wording: "Use wood while protecting our forests". The FSC advocates for the environmentally and socially acceptable use of our world`s forests. The goal is to save the forests of our planet and to make sure the next generation can still be provided with the natural resources of timber. Therefore, FSC protects plant and animal species as well as respecting the rights of local people and workers. The FSC prevents overexploitation and illegal timber use, prohibits the use of pesticides and forestalls human rights violations, whether the wood comes from tropical, boreal or native forests.
Make a mark as a "timber-on-construction-pioneer" and be one of the first, who promotes sustainable constructions with FSC certified timber in Germany.

Metawell® is an aluminium lightweight panel with two cover sheets and a corrugated core. The aluminium sheets have a special primer, which ensures a permanent adhesive compound and an excellent corrosion protection. This design creates a very light and extremely rigid panel, which is used in the construction area as acoustic elements, radiant ceilings, facades or interior design. EPDs according to DIN EN ISO 14025 type III and EN 15804 as well as BIM objects are available.

Low installation heights, the choice of the drainage, the risk of water damage and visual aesthetic slope in connection with glass shower walls: these are just a few challenges when designing walk-in showers. Quite apart from compliance with valid standards, such
as the new DIN standard 18534 defining sealings. Master these challenges with BLANKE solutions - from standard-compliant, safe drainage systems, to innovative waterproofing and gradient profiles, to design-oriented tile profiles with spirited trend colors and surfaces. Not only elegant, but also safe!
